Remit of the Role  

Take control of all finance, administration and IT issues and to provide commercial support for the development of the business to help provide the foundation for the launch of a major new product to the corporate sector.

  • Production of management accounts and analysis of monthly financial performance

  • Production of the statutory accounts

  • Developed the commercial proposition to the corporate client base

  • Negotiation of commercial contracts with client companies

  • Production of the annual budget and rolling 12 month forecast

  • Undertook commercial due diligence for the new product offering

  • Delivered 10% savings on operating costs.
 
Reason For Leaving
 
Completion of my MBA and wanted to move back into a plc environment. This role was taken because it was a very small company, which allowed me a great deal of flexibility to complete my dissertation.
