I was brought in on contract as the effective CFO of EMEA to the region, responsible for establishing a shared service centre in addition to all reporting, forecasting and strategic planning. Areas of responsibility covered IT, Human Resources, Administration and Finance. |

Establishment of a shared service centre, and implementation of regional accounting and reporting procedures that included the deployment of Citibank 's global cash management system. This allowed the company to rationalise costs across Europe and save significant overhead costs. |
