I was awarded the contract on the basis that I would stabilise the finance department and bring controls to the processes and procedures following two years up departmental upheaval. In addition, I was required to guide Ahrend through Y2K and transfer company operations (logistics, sales, operations and finance) to a new ERP system and following this implement a company wide training programme. |
